Do you have a manuscript ready to submit but don’t know which agent to target?
According to Chuck Sambuchino over at Writer’s Digest “Guide to Literary Agents,” new literary agent Adam Muhlig of McIntose & Otis, seeks clients.
What he seeks: Muhlig is looking for fresh voices in fiction and narrative nonfiction.
“He seeks authors of books offering new analysis and fresh perspectives by or about mavericks in the field of music – from jazz to classical to punk – as well as texts focusing on natural history, travel, adventure and sports,” Sambuchino wrote.

Guidelines: Adult Fiction– query letter, synopsis, author bio and the first three consecutive chapters, not to exceed 30 pages.
Adult Nonfiction– query letter, proposal, outline, author bio and three sample chapters, not to exceed 30 pages.
Response time: Four-eight weeks. Due to high submission volume, agency will only respond to queries when interested in reviewing additional materials.
